**BASIC IMPROV: LEVEL ONE** is a six-week introductory course designed to guide you through the essentials of improvisation. Perfect for anyone looking to explore improv, this class provides a supportive environment to delve into fundamentals through warm-ups, group games, and exercises.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, seeking greater comfort in social settings, aiming to boost confidence and stage presence, preparing for public speaking, or a professional actor wanting to refine your technique, improv can help. You’ll develop crucial skills such as dialogue and performance variation, creativity, active listening, confidence, mindfulness, self-expression, character development, physicality, energy, and scene work—all while learning to create without self-judgment.
